ATLI will encourage a coherent policy and strategy inculcating the spirit of voluntary engagements across borders utilizing the phenomenon of the pesky issue of population overhang thereby reducing tensions such situations create geopolitically among the political class in terms of resource distribution and accumulation. It is envisaged that this mode of activity will be encouraged with the requisite certifications and support systems to enable the intervention to become a permanent feature of cultural outreach and heritage reconciliation activities. At first sight, no one thinks of an African outside the shores of the continent in terms of hailing from the individual countries. It is about time Africans recognizes and accept this reality of interactions within the global village, and ATLI will amplify this phenomenon as part of the vision of serving as a fulcrum for “Africans Everywhere”
