    These are seasoned personnel with very deep knowledge, practical understanding, and experience of the issues of the landscape (both indigenous and global). Together, the team of Initiators has rich accumulation of expertise and leadership in fund management. Furthermore, Togbe has generously provided a seed capital of $20,000.00 and is hosting the Secretariat at the World Trade Center, Accra to kick start operations. The ATLI is governed by a Board of Directors under the chairmanship of Togbe Afede XIV.

Togbe Afede XIV

Board Chairman

Togbe Afede XIV is the paramount chief of Ho Asogli Traditional Council, and a past President of the Ghana National House of Chiefs (2016-2020). In his private capacity, Togbe with over 30 years experience as an Investment Banker and a Private Equity Investor, is the President of Strategic African Securities (SAS).

Dr Anani

Board Member

Dr Anani is the CEO of ATLI. He is an official who has served for several years in International Development, including in development finance at the World Bank in Washington DC., post-conflict reconstruction with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), and an Executive Secretary of the Ghana Refugees Board (2015-2020).

Dr. Afele

Board Member

Dr. Afele is the African Development Bank (AfDB) Consultant at the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat in Accra, Ghana who had earlier spent years working on institutional capacity building initiatives at the World Bank in Washington, DC and AfDB in Tunis and Abidjan.
