An ebrary of documentation on indigenous practices in this realm will be sourced at the national, regional, and global levels for distilling and filtering good practices, and codified to inform policy perspectives on the continent. Building a digital library of salient practices on inclusivity and sustainability will detail principles such as forging togetherness in collective activities, consensus building, mass participation, accountability for stewardship and transparency in resource management, and conflict resolution which will be very handy and useful for the purpose of transformation.
The digital library drive will also entail emphasis on an intensive utilization of technology to meet household amenities needs of the continent which has been lacking in adequate measures. For example, Ghana has very rich deposits of clay and perennially rudimentary pottery industry. The widespread use of technology to refine the clay texture, upgrade products, and transform the entire industry with the capability to produce durable and competitive quality household products will be a step in the direction toward transformation development. Pragmatic literature will be assembled from global sources and adapted to the African context highlighting the need for a renewed focus on research. Every successful nation in this era and time has been able to reduce its import of porcelain products by building domestic capacity for meeting household needs. With several technical institutes dotting the landscape, it remains a mystery why this basic feat of utilizing technology to refine and improve clay texture has not been attained in the musings to transform.
